Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of life2come.com

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the contact page or click our chatbot on the lower right corner of each page for a live response or email response depending on our 24/7 on-call Specialists availability.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

May 1, 2020 Covid-19 update to policy and returns and exchanges. At this time our suppliers are not accepting any returns or exchanges to most of our products. Specifically our wearable items are not being accepting for exchange or return. We hope to return to our regular policy some time in the future and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please review the sizing charts provided on the product page or ask us for further guidance by clicking the chat bot in the lower right corner on each page of our site. 

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Working with our Suppliers

All suppliers must accept cancellations, returns, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with the policies and terms that appear on the supplier’s product listing at the time the order was placed on Life2come.

Returns & Refunds with Suppliers

Life2come reserves the right to issue refunds on a case by case basis, in accordance with our return and refund policy.

  • If a product is defective or was damaged during the initial shipping to the merchant or their customer, then the supplier is responsible for paying the return shipping charges and for replacing or refunding the product
  • If a product is not as advertised (e.g. products have very different specifications as compared to the product catalog), then the supplier is responsible for paying the return shipping charges and for replacing or refunding the product. Please note that some items may be slightly different from the photo catalog due to the camera used and lighting condition on the product photography – these would not qualify under Life2come refund policy.
  • If the wrong product was shipped, then the supplier is responsible for paying the return shipping charges and for replacing or refunding the product
  • If the product has not been processed or shipped within the time frame agreed to by the supplier, and the customer wishes to cancel the order, then the supplier is responsible for refunding the order
  • If a customer changes their mind about the product and the supplier has a refund policy, then the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
  • If a package is delivered but the recipient claims that they did not receive it, they will have 30 days to report it is missing and it will be the supplier’s responsibility to honor a refund.
