It is essential to lock up your cabinets with your LBD – Lewy Body Dementia and ADRD- Alzheimer’s Disease-Related Dementia patient/loved one around the house.

We had to do this with our mom because her brain seemed to not be able to regulate when her stomach was full. For instance, we had to lock up the refrigerator and freezer because one-day mom ate 12 fudgsicles out of the freezer. These are a popsicle made out fudge and are really good to eat. Needless to say, she got very sick after eating 12 of those fudgicles.

I also felt more safe locking up the cabinet under the sink because it contained some toxic and poisonous cleaners that we wanted to keep out of her reach. At the same time that I had a 3-year-old daughter at home, I was also managing a 3-year-old adult at my parents’ house. Safe proofing the house was essential.

Our sliding lock is easy to use, it does not require any hardware screws or assembly. Just take it out of the box!

To Use:

  1. Pressing the top and bottom buttons at the same time, slide catch toward the open end.
  2. Insert rod over the knobs or through the handles (A1+ A2).
  3. Slide the catch inward to tighten.
  4. The sliding catch will lock in place (B1 + B2)
  5. To remove, repeat step one.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 within the USA. Shipping, just like any product or service, is subject to market prices and can change based on current economic situations (such as during a Pandemic or War) Some products are available to be shipped internationally and will be noted as available internationally in the product description. Some international products will have a shipping cost to the buyer, but when possible, we will offer free shipping.

How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our USA partner suppliers are shipped through USPS. Packages from our partner suppliers in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide shipping to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that will contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

It takes 24 hours to update shipping information. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

Most orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 4 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or pandemic)
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of life2come.com

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Update - May 1st, 2020 - We are not accepting exchange items or returns due to the Covid-19 crisis. We hope to return to our regular policy in the future to accommodate your returns and exchanges.
